Avery's First Day of School

Avery had her first day at the Redding Co-op Preschool. She was so excited to finally being going to school like her big sis. When we got there the teacher asked the kids to "write" their name on a piece of paper. Avery made much more than a mark!

Just wanted to remind my family and friends to make comments about the blog if you have time. There is a place below each post that leaves room for you to respond. I am just curious how many people are getting to enjoy this blog.

Crystal Creek Falls

We took the girls and the dogs up to Crystal Creek Falls on Sunday. It is just past Whiskeytown lake about ten miles north of Redding. It was nice to escape the heat and get our toes wet! The girls are true rock hoppers. The dogs, not so much! We finished off the day with a picnic and now are getting ready to set up the tent in the backyard at home for a little camp out.

Avery's New Addition

Little Miss Avery decided that she wanted to get her ears pierced! Camille has been pretty adamant about not having hers done and would whisper to Avery how much it would hurt whenever we would pass the store. So when Camille was in school Avery, Nana, and I went to the mall and had it done! She is totally excited to have her new real earrings!

Go Jaguars!

Camille had her first soccer game on Saturday. She helped her team win the game by scoring 2 goals herself! GO JAGUARS!!!

Tiny Dancer

My little ballerina wanted to show off some of her moves while waiting for Camille's bus. We also got her hair cut today, she just looks to darn cute with short hair and bangs! Avery definitely missed Camille today, I'm not quite sure the feeling was mutual.
